The STIHL FS 131 trimmer has been upgraded to deliver more cutting power and greater efficiency. Its new high-torque gearbox provides 13.5% more torque, allowing for faster, cleaner cuts through thick grass and brush. The cutting radius has been expanded from 16.5" to 17.7", helping users cover more ground with fewer passes. A redesigned deflector with skirt complements the wider radius, improving debris control and trimming precision. The gearhead has been angled to 35 degrees for improved ergonomics.
