One 784439 Lock Collar Inserts Over One of Each of the Ends of the 113007 Steering Box Pivot Pin that Protrude Out of the Steering Cover Weldment Bracket Holes. - 113007 Purpose is to Remain Centered Maintaining Position of and Enabling Both the Left-Side & Right-Side Steering Box's to Rotate Over it.
