Hustler OEM 603734 Engine / Hydraulic Drive Pulley
The genuine Hustler OEM 603734 pulley is used in select Hustler Super Z drive systems to help transfer engine power through the hydraulic drive belt. This pulley is commonly used when the original pulley is worn, grooved, damaged, or causing repeated belt wear.
Engine pulleys can vary by model, engine package, clutch setup, shaft size, and belt layout. Do not order by appearance alone.

Installation Tips
- Disconnect the spark plug wire and battery before servicing the drive system.
- The PTO clutch must be removed to replace the engine pulley.
- Inspect the PTO clutch, clutch anchor, clutch hardware, and wiring pigtail while the pulley is removed.
- Inspect the hydraulic drive belt for glazing, cracking, sidewall wear, or damage caused by the old pulley.
- After installation, make sure the hydraulic drive belt is routed correctly and adjusted properly before operating the mower.
- Confirm pulley alignment and belt tracking before returning the mower to service.
