The Hustler OEM 129448-4 Tread Lock Pivot Rod Assembly - Hustler OEM 129448-4 Tread Lock Pivot Rod Assembly Retains the Tread Lock Teeth & the Lower End of the 127273-1 Parking Brake Pull Link that Attaches to the Operator's Brake Control Handle Via its Weldment Stud or Insert Pin on the Side or Center of the Handle Assembly. This Enable the Tread Lock Teeth to Insert into the Tread of the Mower Tires Via Pivotal Movement of the Operator's Handle Transferred to 127273-1 Brake Pull Link and Transferred to 129448-4 Tread Lock Pivot Rod Assembly on Which the Tread Lock Teeth are Fastened to - If any of These Components Becomes Worn It Will Contribute to Drifting or Coasting with the Brakes On. (Part Numbers May Vary for Components Based on the Serial Number Range - Review Part Diagrams Above).
