Why Replace the Guide Bar and Chain Together?
Over time, chainsaw guide bars develop rail wear, uneven grooves, and damage that can affect cutting performance. Installing a new chain on a severely worn guide bar may cause premature chain wear or poor cutting results.
Replacing the guide bar and chain together helps restore proper chain guidance, improve cutting performance, and reduce problems caused by worn cutting attachments.
With two chains included, you can keep one chain installed and have a spare ready when the first becomes dull or requires sharpening.
