Hustler OEM 606753 KIT Contains the Following Parts Below: 2 x 606753P Roller Bearings & Race 2 x 606780 Grease Seal - Below is a Description of each of their Usage and Purpose.

• The Hustler OEM 606753P Caster Wheel Tapered Roller Bearings Enable Smooth Rotation of Front Caster Wheels while Reducing Wear on Critical Components, Aiding in Tracking and Steering Performance. Part Number 606753 Supersedes to Part Number 606753P.
• Hustler OEM 606780 Front Caster Fork Wheel Assembly Seal is used in the Front Caster Fork Wheel Assembly and is installed Inside Both Wheel Hubs Against Both Outer Wheel Bearing Surfaces. 606780 Caster Wheel Assembly Seal is Designed to keep Contaminants Out and Grease/Lubrication In, This Seal Plays a Critical Role in Extending the life of the Front Caster Wheel Bearings.

Assembly Notes

 

WHEN CHANGING 606753P TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS:

 

• Take Pictures to Document Order of Components When Removing Caster Wheel Components - Refer to The Diagrams Above in the Image Section - Picture & Images Work Wonders on Failed Memories.
• When Changing Front Wheel Bearings & Seals, It Is Necessary to Remove the Front Wheel from the Front Caster Fork - Loosen and Remove the Lock Nut & Bolt and Remove the Caster Fork Wheel.
• It Will Be Necessary to remove the Outer Two Grease Seals to Install & Remove the 606753P Bearings & Race - It is Always Recommended to Replace the Seal with the Bearing to Ensure Grease Retention and Protect from Dirt and Contamination Between the Bearing and Race.
• Be Sure To Verify After Assembling the Bearing Race That the 606753P  Race is Not Damaged or Contains any Rough Surface Before Installing a Roller Bearing & New Seal - Be Mindful the Race is the Smooth Alloy Surface that the Rollers on Bearing Will Travel Across - Damaged Races Can Prematurely Wear out the Roller Bearings and Vice Versus (606753P Bearing Races are a Press/Friction Fit and Will Require them to be Pressed or Pounded Out of the Caster Fork Tube - if Installing a New Bearing & Race - it Is Recommended to Utilize a Bearing Race Installation Tool to Ensure No Damage Occur to the Inner Race Surface). 
• When Installing the Roller Bearing into the Race - Be Sure to Follow the Propper Greasing & Lubrication Instruction Below Also Make Sure the Taper Side of the Bearing Fits into the Outer Bearing Race's "Taper" Properly (the Roller Bearing & the Bearing Race Tapers Should Mate) - Make Sure this Is Completed Before Installing the New Seal.
• Be Sure to Pack the Voided Areas where Grease Had Been Lost inside the Caster Fork Wheel Hub, In the Bearing Rollers & Apply a Grease Layer to the Race Surface - This will Ensures the Bearing Rollers and Race Surface Don't Overheat from Lack of Lubrication - Be Sure to Apply Grease using the Grease Zirk on the Wheel Hub After Installation to Compress Grease Into The Voided Areas of the Wheel Hub and Wheel Bearings. 
• Properly Install the New Grease Seal, Wheel Spacer (Apply a Small Layer of Grease to Both the Seal & Spacer When Installing) and Wheel Dust Caps.
• When Re-Installing the Front Wheels it is Important to Note: Over Tightening the Tapered Bearing into the Bearing Race when Re-Assembling the Wheel on the Caster Fork Could Reduce the Rotation of the Caster Fork and Wheel as Well as Affect Drive Track and Cause Pre-Mature Wear on the Bearing Rollers and Race - Be Sure to Snug The Nut And Bolt Tight With a Wrench or Socket (Front Wheels) and Back it Off Only Until the Wheel and Bearings Rotates Freely Without any Seemingly Abnormal Drag.
