Toro OEM 140-3461 Spacer is primarily on the Timecutter Models (Lift Linkage with Models using the Mower Deck Foot Assist Lift Kit and Models only with the Replaceable Cast Aluminum Axle's), although it can be found used in the TITAN Only Models 76607, 76609 (Used in the Seat Pans) and the Ultra-Buggy Models 68142 (Dump Lift Linkage).
