• NOTES & DETAILS: Toro OEM  138-0726 IS COMMINLY USED - 138-0726 Cable End Inserts into the Operator's Steering Clutch Levers on Each Handle Assembly - 138-0726 Cable's Hook End Equipped with the Plastic Retaining Clips Pushes into the Shift Collar Bracket that Mounts to the  Intermediate Shaft with the Shift Collor Guides, While the Hook or Shoe of the Cable End Hooks into the Shift Collar and Enable the Shift Collar to Rotate Away From the Shift Collar Guide when the Operator Engages the Steering Clutch Levers. This Enables the Wheel or Unit Side that is Engaged to Free Wheel Disengaging the Drive Capabilities to that Side, while Pressure to the Steering/ Traction Clutch Lever is Applied - Giving the Snowblower Steering Capabilities.
