Toro OEM 137 5091 03 Mower Deck Height of Cut (HOC) Link Connects the Front and Rear Mower Deck Pivot Arms, Allowing the Operator to Raise the Deck Simultaneous by using the Mower Deck Lift Assist Pedal. Toro OEM 137 5091 03 Mower Deck Height of Cut Link Also Contains a Built in Ear that Allow the Operator to Select the height they wish to Cut and Lower The deck so that the ear on the (HOC) Link rest against the (HOC) Pin.
