The Auger/Rotor Bail Handle uses a cable to Attach to the Idler Pulley Tensioner Arm and engages it by Tensioning the Idler Pulley against the Belt and Disengages it by allow the Return Spring to Return it when the Tension on the Auger/Rotor Cable and Auger /Rotor Idler Pulley Tensioner Arm is Released.
