The Forward Transmission Lever Remains in Neutral positions Until the Operator Presses Forward on the Variable Speed Handle Initiating Tension on the Cable and Pulling the Forward Lever on the Transmission. This Enables the Snowblower Unit to Drive only as Fast as the Operator Pushes the Variable Speed Handles. As the Operator Leaves off the Handle the Transmission Foward Lever will return to the Neutral Position Via a Torsion Spring Assembled in the Forward Transmission Lever as well as the Variable Speed Handlebar 131-5921. Tension on the Drive Belt 131-5968 Remains Constant as well as the Transmission Pulley 131-5973 Rotation.
