Toro OEM 131 3935 Hanger Bracket Allows your Deck to Free Float and Gives your Mower Deck mounting point a necessary Pivot Point for Raising and lowering your Mower Deck. It is Essential to Replace Hanger Bracket if Necessary to keep your Mower Deck Belt tight and maintain an even cut given they are a wear Item.
