This kit includes the updated flat deck idler pulley that replaces the older 604219 design used on many Hustler Dash, Raptor, Raptor SD, Raptor Limited, Raptor Flip-Up, FasTrak SD and TrimStar models.

Installation Tips
- Park on a level surface, set the parking brake, shut off engine and remove the key.
- Lower the deck and relieve belt tension from the deck idler arm before removing the old pulley.
- Inspect the idler arm bushing – the arm should pivot freely without excessive play. Replace worn arms or bushings.
- Install the new pulley kit in the same orientation as removed. Make sure any spacer(s) and washers are installed in the correct order.
- Torque the pulley fastener to the specification in the Hustler service manual (typically in the 30–45 ft-lb range for 3/8"–7/16" hardware – always follow the spec for your model).
- After installing, route the deck belt per the decal or manual and confirm the belt is tracking correctly on all pulleys.
- Spin the pulley by hand and check for noise, wobble or belt rub before starting the mower.
- Test run the deck at low throttle first and recheck torque and belt tracking.
