Assembly and Operational Explanation - Traction/Drive Cable End Inserts into the Operator's Control Lever and the other Cable's Spring End Hooks into the Traction/Drive Bell crank Rotational Plate which connects to a Rod that Connects to the Friction Wheel Plate Which Retains the Traction Pulley. When the Operator Engages the Operator's Control Lever it Tightens the Cable and Enables Tightening/Engaging of the Friction Wheel Plate Applying Pressure Between the Traction Pulley and the Rubber Friction Wheel - Rotation of the Traction Pulley is Constant with The Engine/Belt/Pulleys. 119-1567 Drive Friction Wheel is also Assembled on a Trunnion that is enabled to Slide Across a Hex Shaft Enabling the Operator to Select his Preferred Travel Speed and Forward and Reverse Selection. Travel Speed is Selected by where The Friction Wheel is Shifted as to How Much Pressure and Rotational Speed is Applied between the Beveled Style Traction Pulley as Selected by the Operator - Smaller the Travel Rotation = Faster the Travel Speed. Forward and Reverse is Determined as to which side of the Beveled Style Traction Pulley the Friction Wheel Rest on Whether it Receives Right-Hand Rotation or Left-Hand Rotation.
