Note 1: Select Raptor Flip-up Models will Use a Different Anti Scalp Wheel (Other Than 788166P or 031997) on the Back of the Mower Deck allowing it to Be more Stabilized these Models will Require the Anti-Scalp Wheel that is Equal Dual Factory Molded Flanges on Both Side of the Anti-Scalp Wheel Allowing the Anti-Scalp Wheel to fit Between to Mower Deck Weldment Ears and without the side of the Wheel Rubbing Against the Weldment Bracket for these Ant-Scalp Wheels Refer to Part Number 602263.

 

 

NOTE 2: Some Families/Series Might Overlap with Two Different MOWER DECK Anti-Scalp Wheel Part Numbers. There are a Couple easy ways to verify which Part Number is correct for your Unit. One, is to Compare the Webbing on the Molded Spacer Side of the Anti-Scalp Wheel with the images Above. Second, Determine Whether the Plastic Molded Anti-Scalp Wheel Spacer/Flange Contains Equal Length on Both Side of the Anti-Scalp Wheel or if the One Side is Longer than the Other. Older Part Number 788166P or 031997 will have a One-Sided Anti-Scalp Wheel Spacer/Flange (This is to Enable it to be Fasten to the Side of a Single Anti-Scalp Weldment Ears). Whereas Newer Anti-Scalp Wheel 602263 and 604780 will have an Equal Dual Length Anti-Scalp Wheel Spacer/Flange molded on both Sides (This is to Enable it to Fit Between Two Anti-Scalp Weldment Ears on the Mower Deck). 602263 (Will Also have bigger whole for a Center Spacer) and 604780 (Smaller Hole and Uses Only a Bolt - No Center Spacer) and be used and is Used primarily on Current Models/Series. Thirdly, Any Models that require a Different (longer) center Anti-Scalp Wheel from the outside edge Anti-Scalp Wheels will require Part Number 602263 or 604780. For an Example Review the Images Below and Always Verify your Model Number is Listed in the Model Fit Chart before Purchasing. 604780 Fits More Recent to Current Select Trimstar, Raptor SDX/XDX & FasTrack Models Model - 602263 Fits Raptor Flip-Up Models More Recent to Current Super Z & Diesel Z Models with XR & XR 4 Mower Decks.
