BASIC PACKAGE
- Check for Open Service Bulletins & Recalls
- Change engine oil & filter
- Inspect air filter for damage and clean. Replace if req.
- Inspect air intake line & connections
- Drain fuel/water separator
- Change secondary fuel filter
- Change primary fuel filter only if needed "Extra Cost"
- Inspect fuel lines & connection
- Inspect coolant level & quality, Top off as needs.
- Inspect fan and fan belt and adjust if necessary
- Clean radiator cooling fins & inspect for leaks
- Clean radiator screen
- Inspect radiator hoses & tighten clamps if req.
- Inspect battery for corrosion & test
- Clean & tighten battery terminals & hold down if req.
- Inspect trans. & front axle for leaks
- Check trans./hyd. oil level & quality. Top off if req.
- Check front axle oil level & quality. Top off if req.
- Inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks & wear
- Inspect cables for wear & travel
- Check and adjust brake pedal free play
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Grease all lubrication points
- Inspect and tighten wheel fasteners
- Inspect and tighten loader & BH frame hardware
- Reset maintenance meter/reminder
PREMIUM PACKAGE
- Check for Open Service Bulletins & Recalls

- Inspect wiring harness for wear and damage
- Verify lights & turns signals work correctly
- Inspect trans. & front axle for leaks
- Inspect cables for wear & travel
- Change trans./hyd. oil
- Change front axle oil
- Inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks & wear
- Inspect cables for wear & travel
- Inspect shift levers "Fwd, Rev, Range, Speed, Shuttle, 4wd, PTO."
- Verify loader valve, 3 pt. arms, & rear remotes work properly
- Verify HST pedals return to neutral & operater properly
- Inspect & adjust clutch free play
- Check and adjust brake pedal free play
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Grease all lubrication points
- Inspect and tighten wheel fasteners
- Inspect and tighten loader & BH frame hardware
- Update software if req.
- Reset maintenance meter/reminder
